Reservation and Payment Policy

Full payment must be made in advance to enroll in any paid exam.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a working internet connection and reliable power backup at the time of the exam. We are not responsible for disruptions caused due to local technical issues on your end.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

If we cancel an exam for any reason, it will be rescheduled to another date.

If we cancel an exam entirely, you will be eligible for either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A free entry to another equivalent exam conducted by us.
